Terms of Service

Basin is a local-first application. Your manual budget data is stored locally on your device, and you are responsible for maintaining an appropriate device backup.

If you choose to connect a bank, Basin's servers store the linked transactions and an encrypted Plaid access token needed to keep that connection in sync. Bank linking is optional, and disconnecting it in Settings removes the associated token and linked transactions from Basin's servers. Data processed by Plaid remains subject to Plaid's own terms and retention practices.

Basin offers optional premium features through Basin+. The price, billing period, and any introductory offer shown on Apple's purchase sheet are the terms that apply to your purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
• The specific feature set covered by any premium tier will be described in-app at the time of purchase.
